Does GemCRM have a two-way inbox like Gmail?

GemCRM’s email inbox shows the full outbound email history per contact — campaigns, opens, clicks, and bounces. It’s not a two-way inbox replacement but gives complete visibility into every email interaction.

Which SMTP providers support bounce processing?

Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, and Pepipost support native bounce webhook processing. Other SMTP providers work for sending but require one of these four for automatic bounce handling.

Is email tracking free?

Yes — open and click tracking on all campaigns, plus per-contact email history, are free in GemCRM.

What happens on a hard bounce?

GemCRM receives the bounce via webhook, immediately updates the contact to “bounced” status, and removes them from active send lists. No further emails go to that address.
